DJ Eazy began dj'ing in 1993 and soon after his potential and talent was recognized, he became the resident DJ at JC's Place in Cape Town

He has since played at countless other clubs across South Africa and has moved crowds in Johannesburg, Swaziland, Malawi, Uganda, Lesotho, Botswana, Amsterdam and Germany. His forte includes Hip Hop, R&B and Gospel but his skills translate into many other styles.

He has worked on both community and campus radio & in 2003 he co-founded Hip Hop Education South Africa which is an organization that works in schools and communities providing life skills programmes and workshops for youth at risk. Collaborations with both South African and international artists include Brasse Vannie Kaap, Verbs, Spin The Flava, CJay , Lavoisier, Sho Baraka,KB (Reach Records), Jahaziel, Suzy Rock, as well as Bizzle.

With over 19 years of experience both locally as well as internationally, DJ Eazy has built and maintained a strong reputation for himself as one of South Africa’s veteran DJs. His excellent work ethic combined with superior professionalism has led to influential opportunities such as being a brand ambassador for Adidas SA in 2010. Eazy joined Good Hope FM in 2010 as facilitator for their DJ Academy with Grandmaster Ready D and regularly gets behind the decks providing mixes on various shows. He now produces and co-hosts The Ready D Show Mondays to Thursdays.
