Christina Shoti was born in South Africa at Schmidtsdrift near the farm town Douglas in the beautiful view of the vaal river on the 15^th November 1991. She is knowing as Lele to her close families and friends. Christina is the 3^rd child to the Shoties.

Christina matriculated at Platfontein !Xunkhwesa Combined School in 2010. After matric Christina attended management Assistant training at Northern Cape FET College. She also attended leadership course in 2007 while still at school.

After completing her course Miss Shoti started her working experience at South African Statistic Service. Short after that in 2012 she joint SABC Radio X-K fm as Free-Lancer Presenter for children’s program Lets learn and Let’s play and she is five years into that industry of radio broadcasting until now. For the past five years which she is on air, her name has changed and she is knowing to her young audience as Christi.     

She is still looking forward to become a principal presenter one day.

Meet her on Tuesday just for 1 hour from 16h00 to 17h00 ( Let’s learn programme )and on Saturdays at 09h00 to 10h00 (Let’s play programme).

She broadcast with the local language of the community which is Khwe dam but if needs be she also presents in Afrikaans and English as they are the bridging languages of the community.
