With the suspension of USAID grants for HIV/AIDS programs, the government has enlisted Deloitte and Touche to investigate the administration of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) grants for HIV/AIDS programs. In response to the suspension concerns, Dr Aaron Motsoaledi announced this initiative.
