The new season zooms into stories from South Africans in small towns and rural areas where consumers are mostly uninformed about their consumer rights. These are marginalized people of this country. Speak Out undertakes to stand and speak for the voiceless and at the same time educate them about consumer rights.

South African consumers can count on Speak Out to expose and hold businesses accountable.

Season 9 focuses on different business sectors and industries. There are no businesses too big for our programme.

The new boasts a new presenter, Lesley Musina, better known as Ndalamo on our flagship soapie Muvhango.

SPEAK OUT actively communicates with South African consumers through post, e-mail, Facebook and website.
