The show is multi-lingual because of the diversity of viewers interested in the topics it covers. Yilungelo Lakho aims to inform and educate consumers on their rights and provide them with guidance. Every episode focuses on a particular topic - kicking off with an insert which serves as a background on the topic under discussion, after which our studio guests/experts or commentators on that particular topic discuss, provide analysis and insight for the benefit of the viewers. Telephone lines are open during the show for viewers to participate.  

Yilungelo Lakho attempts to educate, inform and advise consumers on issues pertaining to their rights and provides remedies on their consumer related problems.
