Acting Director-General for HIV, AIDS, maternal and child health at the national department of health, Ramphelane Morewane, spoke on the disruptions and advancements that have been made in the health department with regards to HIV and AIDS.
Also focusing on research and treatment post the withdrawal of funding from organisations like US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.
