Malema criticizes the ANC for its failure to properly investigate the murders of Chris Hani, Steve Biko, the Cradock Four and the 1976 Soweto Student Uprising activists.
He was delivering his Freedom Day Speech at Winnie Mandela previously known as Brandford in the province of Free State, on Sunday.
Brandford is where the ANC struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela was banished for eight years by the apartheid regime for her political activism.
Malema believes there's still more questions than answers.
"As we speak Chris Hani has never received his justice. Where is the justice of Steve Biko who was killed in isolation?
He died alone, naked and chained in a cell in 1977. Yet there's never been justice for the killing of Steve Biko, yet you claim freedom. Where is the freedom for the children who were killed in 1976, Hector Peterson, 12-year-old child was killed in Soweto. Many children were killed in Soweto."
