Got the horns, the heat, and the energy to blow us away? 5 Breakfast is turning up the volume with the Brass Roots Competition, and they’re on the lookout for Mzansi’s boldest, brassiest bands!

Whether you’re a school squad or a community crew, now’s your moment to shine. All you need to do is fill out the entry form HERE  and drop a 90-second video of your band covering a popular South African hit — the more proudly local and lekker, the better. Think national pride, musical flair, and that unmistakable SA rhythm!

Bragging rights are on the line, and one standout group will be officially crowned South Africa’s best Brass Roots Band – live on 5FM!
